Overall, Lian and I are having a great time. We've been with friends so she's been able to do other things than hang with me. We leave for France tomorrow and there is a girl she's been a pen-pal with (in French) for the past 6 months. They met when Lian was four and Maelle was 2. Lian will even go to school with Maelle on Friday. Me? I'll be sipping something with Nathalie while the girls are in school. On Saturday we're going to the "sea" in the south of France. A guy I met named Bernt from Germany will go with us. He and I met in Japan in 1985 and I saw him again in Munich in 1986. At that time, Nathalie was his girlfriend. We will all meet together again in Valance, France this weekend. Amazing....and I'm sure fun.
